According to the Economist, sales of Atlas Shrugged have soared as of late. In fact, on January 13th, it actually beat out sales of Obama's "Audacity of Hope" on Amazon.com's book ranking. Interestingly enough, according to the Economist's charts, it seems that sales of the book in the last two years spiked whenever there was large economic turbulence or intervention, such as the bank bailouts. Are we on the path to "the strike?"
